Electronic Download

PGSoft products may be ordered for electronic download with no additional shipping and handling charges applied.  Products will be available for immediate after purchase is made.  The availability of the provided download link may be limited induration.  Contact support@pgsoftinc.com for additional assistance.  The license key will be provided via the emailaddress provided with the order.

 

Physical Shipping

PGSoft products may beordered for physical delivery.  The order will include the software distribution on CD.  Manuals are be provided in electronic form on the CD.  All shipments are made via UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or anywhere outsideof the continental United States.  Shipping and handling charges apply.

 

Third PartySoftware

PGSoft may provide the ability to order related software titles on the PGSoft website under a reseller agreement with the software manufacturer.  The delivery method available for each third party software provided may vary and may include a combination or subset of electronic download, physical shipment, and/or email delivery depending on the manufacturer and product.

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
PGSoft offers a 30-day money back guarantee for PocketBooks and QBMobile software, if for any reason you need to return the software. If you are not completely satisfied with your PGSoft products, please return them for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling).

For direct orders: If the product is purchased directly from PGSoft, you have 30 days from the product's physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.

For partner purchases: If the product was purchased from one of our partner sites under a reseller agreement, the product must be returned to that partner and is subject to any return restrictions they may impose.

 

For third party software: PGSoft sells third party software under a reseller agreement with the software's manufacturer.  Additional restrictions may be imposed by the software manufacturer that limits the duration and/or extent of the money back guarantee.

Electronically Delivered Products
You have 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered PGSoft media. You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are only required to complete and fax the Statement of Product Destruction to the number on the form.

Physically Delivered Products
For direct order and retail purchases: The product must be returned to PGSoft's Returns Department and postmarked within 30 days from the order date to eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. PGSoft recommends that the return be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. PGSoft is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
